Källa Spa – for all senses
Take a break from everyday life and step into our spa world. A place to relax and recharge, surrounded by the sea and nature. Move freely between indoors and outdoors, warmth and coolness.
Stay for a few hours, drop by for a relaxing treatment, or make it an even greater experience with an overnight stay. There are no must-dos here, just time to enjoy a day exactly as you want it.

Lounge for rest and relaxation
Arild is a tranquil place that has long attracted visitors with its restorative bathing, natural springs and sense of calm. The surroundings, the sea and the slower pace all do their part, even before you step through the doors of Rusthållargården.
With Källa Spa, we take that feeling one step further. Here, you can combine the tranquil surroundings with a spa experience for both body and soul.
When creating our spa, we drew inspiration from the history of the house and its surroundings. In our spa lounge, everything has been carefully selected to create a sense of both exclusivity and craftsmanship. Natural materials, warm colours and thoughtful details. Settle into our comfortable loungers and take some time to relax, alone or in good company.
There is also a sauna where the warmth deepens your relaxation, along with comfortable hammocks that give you the feeling of floating freely.
Enjoy our signature spa ritual
In our soothing foot bath, we use seaweed. Small bags are prepared and ready in the spa, but if you’d like to collect your own seaweed from the sea, you’re welcome to do so. That way, your spa experience begins on the walk down to the rocks.
With the sea as your neighbour
In the hotel garden, right next to the charming half-timbered house Stintebo, you’ll find our outdoor spa area.
Here, you are surrounded by nature, and it becomes clear how our spa changes with the seasons. It is just as wonderful on a peaceful summer evening as when the autumn winds sweep across Kullahalvön. Stepping into the warm pools and letting the water envelop you while the air is cool is just one of the many pleasures that await.
Next to the two hot pools, you’ll find a refreshing outdoor shower and swings where you can gently sway and feel a calming sensation spread through your body.
If a refreshing sea swim calls to you, several lovely bathing spots are just a stone’s throw away.

Opening hours
Spa
As a spa guest, you have access to the entire Källa Spa, both indoors and outdoors. Relax in the lounge, warm up in the sauna or enjoy the hot springs in the garden – from morning until evening.

Sunday 09:00–15:00
Treatments
You don’t have to be a spa guest to enjoy a treatment with us. Treatments are booked separately and do not include access to the rest of Källa Spa.

We recommend booking your treatment in advance. Subject to availability, we also offer walk-in appointments. The minimum age for booking our spa packages and treatments is 16.
