Our food philosophy is based on the Skåne pantry and the best seasonal ingredients. The menu reflects both tradition and inspiration from our surroundings.
Whether you have something to celebrate or simply want to enjoy a truly delicious dinner, you are warmly welcome to dine with us. Enjoy sea views and magical light on our veranda, or find your favourite spot in one of our smaller dining rooms.
Menu by season
In our local area we find fruit, asparagus and beets, but also meat and poultry of the best quality. We get a lot directly from nature, such as nettles, wild garlic, sorrel and lovage.
To take advantage of the best that each season has to offer, we change the menu several times a year. For each new menu theme, we try our hand at it together, match dishes with wine and set the overall picture. From flavors to presentation – nothing is left to chance.
Noble drinks from near and far
Our sommeliers have curated a wine list featuring a selection of wines from both the Old and New Worlds. To complement our menus, we carefully select beverages that enhance the overall experience and bring out the best in every dish.
The area around Kullaberg is home to a growing number of producers of wine, cider and beer, and we are delighted to feature local products on our menu.
From Höganäs Bryggeri, we source locally crafted beers such as IPA, APA and lager, including a gluten-free option.
Kullabergs Vingård has won international awards for its wines. You will find a selection of their wines, as well as their premium spirits, on our drinks menu. In 2025, they delivered the first Swedish wine ever to be served at the Nobel Banquet.
From the orchards of Kullabygden, we source fruit, honey and apple juice, which you can enjoy both at our breakfast buffet and on our drinks menu.

Enjoying a little extra sleep and going to a laid breakfast table is perhaps the height of everyday luxury.
Our generous breakfast buffet features homemade treats such as marmalade, jam and our own freshly baked breakfast bread. And all the other breakfast favorites, from herring and eggs to crispy croissants.
You are welcome to enjoy it even if you are not a guest at the hotel. If you want the day to continue in the same comfortable style, you can combine it with a visit to our spa.
